Cascade Youth Dance Company is a performance-based company for young dancers, offering opportunities to take part in local and regional dance events and gain valuable industry experience.

Members take part in weekly sessions, exploring the creative process, learning choreography, and working towards exciting performance opportunities. Dancers will work with professional artists and experience a range of Contemporary Dance styles.

About the Company

Founded in 2008, Cascade Youth Dance Company began in Tunbridge Wells and has since expanded across Kent in partnership with local secondary schools. After a long break, we relaunched the company in 2024. 

Who Can Join?

• Open to young dancers aged 11–18 with a passion and dedication for dance

• Commitment to weekly sessions and 2–3 performances per year is required

• Entry is by audition only

• Limited spaces: 12 dancers (mixed age group, 11–18 years)

2025–2026 Company Sessions

• 5:45 – 6:15pm | Ballet Class (Company warm-up)

• 6:15 – 7:15pm | Youth Company
